Former Rangwe MP Philip Okundi, has promised to improve education standards and develop human resources in Homa Bay if elected.The governor aspirant said the two are key for development. Okundi, who was accompanied by the former Nyanza Province director of education Roselyne Onyuka, was addressing a rally at Kobala in Rachuonyo, Homa bay county. Okundi who will face former Marie Stopes Kenya director Cyprian Awiti, Prof Akeyo Omollo, Ben Odero and Tom Ogada for the governor ticket on the January 17 ODM primaries.
