More than 90,000 doses of anti-rabbies vaccines have been delivered to Nandi district by a team of American based volunteer veterinary doctors. The vaccines are for the second phase of the yearly campaign. The doctors, who are working with the Ministry of Livestock officers, will vaccinate an estimated 36,000 livestock animals including dogs, cats and donkeys free of charge.
