Roads assistant minister Lee Kinyanjui has called on Vigilance House to overhaul all top police officers in Rift Valley region. Kinyanjui said while the suspension of Rift Valley Provincial Police Commissioner John M’mbijiwe, Anti Stock Theft Unit boss Remy Ngugi and Njoro divisional police boss Peter Njeru was to be praised, it fell short of addressing the rot in the region’s security apparatus.
