THE High Court will today give directions in a case in which two MPs want the IEBC compeled to register youths without ID cards as voters. The two MPs, Embakasi's Ferdinand Waititu and Makadara's Mike Sonko, want the IEBC to reopen the registration to allow more than 2 million youths who have waiting cards to register for the March 4 elections. Judge David Majanja yesterday directed the case to be placed before Justice Isaac Lenaola for direction. Waititu and Sonko say the time allocated for registration was insufficient and denies youths their right to participate in an electoral process.
