INSPECTOR General of Police David Kimaiyo has warned politicians over incitement. Kimaiyo said top politicians from Wajir, Turkana and North Eastern, where cases of tribal violence have been reported, are under investigations. He was speaking on Thursday during a breakfast meeting with top police commanders in Nairobi, where he launched the 2012-13 crime statistics. “We must say no to political hooliganism and incitement,” said Kimaiyo.
