Stick to rules in primaries, hopefuls told

ASPIRANTS who flout rules in the party primaries will be blocked from contesting in the March 4 general election. Three constitutional offices in partnership with Elections Observation Group said they will deploy monitors in all the 290 constituencies during the nominations next week. The monitors will document the proceedings during the nominations.
