Rampant corruption coupled with dwindling revenue collection has forced Town Clerk Tom Odongo to overhaul the parking attendants department. Odongo who was appointed last year, has replaced all parking attendants and the number of parking zones improved within the city. Documents in our possession show the council is collecting between Sh0.9m to 1.1m daily compared with Sh2.5 to Sh3m during the same period last year.
