Court of Appeal to hear 200 cases in one month

THE Court of Appeal yesterday started hearing more than 200 cases in a processthat will take a month. Boosted by the recent appointment of 16 judges to the court, the judges started the marathon hearing in a bid to clear the backlog. The judges will hear the case until the end of the month before 11 of them are posted to Kisumu, Nyeri and Malindi in the new established Court of Appeal stations.
