Philip Moi’s case with estranged wife put off

AN Appeal filed by Philip Moi as he tries to reverse orders requiring him to pay his estranged wife Rossana Pluda maintenance fee failed to proceed yesterday. This was after Pluda engaged the services of a new lawyer, Philip Nyachoti, to handle her cases. Pluda was previously represented by Judy Thongori. The parties appeared before Justices David Maraga, William Ouko and Jamila Mohammed but they were directed to seek new date at the court’s registry.
