IEBC has assembled its top field staff for training on election results transmission. All constituency and county returning officers and regional elections coordinators are in Nairobi for the training on IEBC nominations, voter register inspection, results transmission and dispute resolution. IEBC chairman Issack Hassan, who opened the training, appealed to the officials remain above reproach in their tasks.
