The Independent Electoral and Boundaries commission has been requested no to accept the nomination papers of any aspirant who has a dispute until the matter is resolved. The Political Parties Disputes Resolution Tribunal chairman Peter Simani said it will only be logical for the IEBC to reject the nomination papers of those aspirants who's nomination has been challenged until the dispute is resolved in accordance with the law.
