INTERNAL Security minister Katoo Ole Metito has dismissed claims that the security officers deployed across the country will hamper the ongoing voter registration. He urged Kenyans to take advantage of the security to register as voters. The minister, however, cautioned the officers against harassing wananchi during security operations.
