The Judges and Magistrates Vetting board has cleared two supreme court judges to continue serving in the judiciary but has found two other high court judges unfit for office. The Sharad Rao led committee has cleared Supreme court judges Ibrahim Mohammed and Roselyn Nambuye. The same committee had last year found the two unfit to hold office. The two however appealed the decision and were granted a second vetting. With their clearing today, the two can continue to serve as supreme court judges.
