A 24-year-old woman was yesterday charged before a Kibera court with kidnapping a 10-year-old girl. It is alleged that on November 19 at Dagoretti Centre, Ann Wangui Waweru together with others not in court, kidnapped the girl and confined her at a secret location. She denied the charges before Kibera senior principal magistrate Teresia Matheka and pleaded to the court to give her bail and also supply her with all the witness statements.
