A man arrested by the a nti terror police officers in last Thursday’s raid on suspected terror hideouts in Mtwapa changed his plea and denied possessing an illegal firearm before a Mombasa court. Salim Chagawa Karisa had on Friday pleaded guilty to possessing a pistol before resident magistrate Abraham Gachie. Through defence counsel Gakuhi Gachuri Chagawa denied one count of possessing the firearm produced as exhibit.
