OTHAYA parliamentary aspirant Mary Wambui has asked residents not to elect leaders who do not live in the constituency. Campaigning at the Othaya Stadium on Monday, Wambui said a leader who stays in Nairobi will not meet the needs of the people. “If you elect a person who stays in Nairobi, you will only see him during the elections day. You should elect a person who is always available,” she said.
