Civil servants working for various government departments based at Nyayo House especially those in the top floors of the building have for the last two weeks had to walk up more than 20 flights of stairs after the Kenya Power disconnected supply to the building due to unpaid bills running into millions of shillings. The public has not been spared either as anyone who is seeking services in any of these government departments has had to use the stairs...
