An aspirant has moved to court to challenge recommendations by the Commission on Administrative Justice to bar him from the elections over integrity issues. John Ndirangu, who intends to run for the Embakasi Central parliamentary seat, says the commission did not give him an opportunity to give his side of the story before forwarding its recommendations to the IEBC. The case will be mentioned on January 22.
