IEBC won’t alter party nominee lists

The electoral commission will not alter the list of nominees submitted by parties at the end of the primaries. IEBC secretary James Oswago yesterday said the law bars IEBC from making any alterations to the list of nominees. He said the commisison assumes disputes arising from the nominations will have been dealt with before the nominees are submitted.
