The Head of Permits at the Immigration ministry has been removed from her position and replaced by another officer on the orders of the minister. Eunice Lamba, the head of the Permits section was removed and redeployed to a yet to be disclosed office through an internal memo signed by Immigration minister Otieno Kajwang dated January 8, 2013.
