Galole MP Dhadho Godhana was yesterday acquitted of the incitement to violence charges by a Nairobi court for lack of evidence. In his ruling, chief magistrate Kiarie Waweru, said the prosecution failed to prove its case against the MP. He said the alleged utterances by Godhana did not amount to incitement to violence as claimed by the prosecution. "The executive used the accused as a scapegoat without addressing the actual issues which led to the death of several innocent people in the Tana Delta," Waweru said...
