A Ugandan was yesterday charged in a Mombasa court with obtaining money falsely. Susan Namulondo denied that between January 10 and February 16 in Kisauni area, jointly with others not before court, she fraudulently obtained Sh 3,960,000 from Ruth Bolli. She denied the charge before senior principal magistrate Richard Odenyo. She pleaded with the court to be released on bail saying that the offence is bailable.
