MORE than 80 motorists were charged in a Nairobi court with driving under the influence of alcohol yesterday. The motorists who included civil servants, were arrested over the weekend after failing an alcoblow test. They appeared before principal magistrate Enock Cherono. Those who pleaded guilty to the charges were ordered to pay a fine ranging from Sh20,000 to Sh30,000 each or to serve six months imprisonment.
