THE electronic voter identification device that was used in the last general election was never subjected to factory testing, a court heard yesterday. The Electoral Commission's ICT director Dismas Ong'ondi told anti corruption court that two of his colleagues were appointed to go to China to take part in the factory testing but they did not do so. “As far as I know, the testing was not done by the two,” said Ong'ondi.
