GAY activists in Kenya reacted angrily to the decision by Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to sign into a law a controversial bill that provides for life imprisonment for gays. Led by writer Binyanavanga Wainana, the gay community said the the Ugandan law was unacceptable and retrogressive.
