THe High Court will on March 18 decide whether to terminate a robbery with violence case against former Mungiki leader Maina njenga and four others. Njenga has challenged the criminal proceedings against him by the Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko. He says his trial is meant to intimidate him over his past links with Mungiki and the sect’s alleged participation in the 2007-08 post-election violence.
