President Uhuru Kenyatta arrived in Juba this morning for talks with President Salva Kiir on the South Sudan crisis. The President’s visit comes a day after the National Security Council (NSC) approved an additional deployment of 310 troops to the Kenya Battalion in South Sudan. “In the true spirit of brotherhood, we will not abandon (South Sudan) but stand with our neighbours at their time of need,” Kenyatta said.
