The Wiper Democratic Movement party nominations in Kitui county yesterday were marred by late arrivals, claims of rigging and confusion as voters waited at various centres from as early as 6am for ballot materials to arrive. Most centres got materials after 9am. In distant constituencies such as Mwingi North, Kitui South and Mutitu, the voting materials had not arrived long past midday.
