The case in which controversial politician Stanley Livondo has been charged with assault failed to take off yesterday in a Kibera court after the trial magistrate was said to be on leave. Livondo appeared before Principal Magistrate Lucas Onyina and through lawyer John Khaminwa informed the court that they had been told Principal magistrate Latisha Wachira was on leave.
