The conclusion of party nominations today opens the way for IEBC to start the task of printing ballot papers. Speaking to the press yesterday, IEBC Corporate Affairs official Tabitha Mutemi said UK based Smith and Ouzman have acquired about 700 tonnes of raw materials consisting of special paper containing the IEBC water mark. She said according to contract terms, printing will commence once IEBC provides candidate data given after party nominations.
