Timammy testifies in land suit

LAMU Governor Issa Timammy yesterday appeared in a Mombasa court to testify in a land case involving eight people including former Kwale MP Omar Zonga. He told the court that on April 2011, he was approached by officers from the Anti Corruption Commission to give information on ownership of the Dignified Holdings Limited. He informed the court that he was then an advocate and was working for the company as the secretary.
