An TNA aspirant in Ndaragwa died yesterday after he was involved in an accident on the Nyahururu-Nyeri road. Kennedy Wambugu, who was vying for Kiriita-Pondo county ward seat, died after his car's tyre burst causing it to roll at Kianugu area. Wambugu,30, was heading to Leshau from the Ndaragwa tallying center in preparation for the TNA nominations. He was trailing the ballot papers from the Ndaragwa station. The two people he was withsustained minor injuries and were treated and discharged at the Nyahururu District Hospital. Wambugu was considered a frontrunner for the seat.
