Trader slams cops for intimidation

A transporter has accused two Kasarani traffic officers of arresting him and detaining his truck for no reason. The lorry that was carrying sand was intercepted on Kamiti Road by two women officers for allegedly overloading. The Star confirmed the 12 wheeler lorry at Kasarani police station was half full of sand. Stephen Muiruri said his lorry was carrying a sixteen-tonne load which is lower than the capacity of his truck.
