URP allies lose race in Ruto’s North Rift

Outgoing Eldoret North MP William Ruto lost most of allies in the North Rift in last week's parties' nominations. His colleagues Lucas Chepkitonyi (Keiyo North), Peris Simam (Eldoret South), Boaz Kaino (Marakwet West), David Koech (Mosop) lost their bids for re-election.
