A primary schoolteacher stabbed with a sword during Ford People nominations died on Saturday at Kisii Level Five Hospital while undergoing treatment. Isaac Obita Ong’era, a teacher at Omokonge Primary School, was a presiding clerk in Bosabi constituency. He was stabbed in the stomach during a scuffle between supporters of Robert Momanyi and John Magembe at Bassi Masige East ward.
