Transportation of 11 million kilos of seeds by ADC from farms in Trans Nzoia to Kenya Seed company for processing has resumed. Their transportation had been stopped because of heavy rains. Impassable roads in Kwanza during this heavy rains season hamper transportation of the seeds to Kenya Seed. Lorries ferrying the commodities had stuck in mud for the past one week causing fears that the such seeds could get spoiled.
