Embu Lands executive Gitonga yesterday defended himself over claims of corruption in delivering four graders and the high amount of money spent in paving a road. The MCAs said none of the 4 graders the county inherited from the defunct Municipal Council is functioning yet Gitonga is not speeding up the process of acquiring new others.
