COUNTY governments have been told to set aside money to tackle foot and mouth disease in Rift Valley. Rift Valley Veterinary Association chairman Toroitich Kisa said many counties in the region have been put on quarantine due to high cases of the disease being reported. He was speaking on Wednesday during the association's AGM and field day in Uasin Gishu county. Veterinary officers from Vihiga, Kisii and Kakamega counties attended.
