Acquire new IDs, registrar calls on Isiolo

RESIDENTS of Isiolo county have been advised to acquire the new IDs to register as voters. District registrar of persons Maurice Auma yesterday said hundreds of the residents have the first generation IDs. ''The applicants for the old generation IDs will go through normal vetting process,'' he said Auma said herders in Merti and Garba-Tulla have old IDs and urged them to take advantage of the ongoing vetting to acquire the new ones.
