Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission yesterday issued a stern warning to aspirants who are already circulating their campaign posters in Kisumu. IEBC regional coordinator for Nyanza Central Rasi Masudi said the political parties act does not allow candidates to produce and circulate their posters before the official campaign period. He however noted that some candidates circulate their opponents’ posters in a bid to have them disqualified. “The law does not allow this and let those who do this be warned that tough measures will be taken against them" he said...
