Registered inmates to vote in March 4 polls

Inmates who had registered before they were imprisoned will participate in the March 4 polls, the High Court has declared. High Court Judge David Majanja yesterday ruled that prisoners have a right to vote and he ordered IEBC to put up mechanisms to ensure all registered inmates vote in the next polls.
