A COMPANY has moved to court to stop the IEBC from re-awarding a tender for the supply of election materials. Solarmak Technologies Ltd wants the court to issue an order to restrain the IEBC from signing any contract with any other party other than itself. Solarmak wants the IEBC stopped from implementing the decision made by the Public Procurement Administrative Board on January 14.
