NAIROBI A Makadara court has ordered the state to avail a Dubai-based man who is facing fraud charges. Acting principal magistrate Eunice Nyutu instructed Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko to engage Interpol to arrest Joshua Ngangi, who is wanted for allegedly defrauding a Nairobi businesswoman Patricia Monyi of Sh1 million. Monyi runs a wines and spirits shop on Mombasa Road.
