A top official in the Nairobi county government has condemned the delay in delivering sniffer dogs imported from South Africa. Speaking at City Hall yesterday, the official who requested anonymity said the Nairobi county assembly has imported 20 dogs to be used by the City Inspectorate officers to patrol estates. “So far we have 20 dogs.
