THE Kenya Film Classification Board has raised concerns over the content on mainstream media. The KFCB head of broadcast division Emma Irungu yesterday said a report on media monitoring by the board indicates a lot of violation of laws that guide the media industry. “TV stations are awash with nudity, violence and glamorisation of alcohol and drug abuse,” Irungu said at the National Media Monitoring Committee meeting in Nairobi.
