A man was yesterday charged with fraudulently obtaining Sh3 million. Abdulrashid Omar denied obtaining the money from George Mureithi at CFC Bank Ruaraka branch on April 16 by promising to sell him three parcels of land in Kayole. The court heard that Mureithi had approached Omar believing he was the owner of the plots. When Omar agreed to sell the plots at Sh3 million, Mureithi transferred the amount into Omar's account.
