THE Commission on Administration of Justice has asked the government to cancel the Sh5 billion Tassia II housing project. In a report released yesterday at the commission's headquarters in Nairobi, The CAJ also known as the Ombudsman said investigations revealed that the project was marred by irregularities in the tendering process.
