THE Nairobi county assembly will adjourn its business on Tuesday and discuss the conduct of Transport executive Evans Ondieki if he fails to appear before the Transport, Roads and Infrastructure committee. MCAs led by the the committee's chairperson Diana Kapeen said they have summoned Ondieki eight times and he has ignored them.
