Eleven dockets to be headed by union directors and CEO MAJOR changes in the administration of Kenyan rugby were made after a Kenya Rugby Union Board meeting in Nairobi on Wednesday. There will be 11 dockets headed by a Union director plus the Chief Executive Officer Jack Okoth.
