NHIF ex-boss to get witness accounts

A Nairobi court has ordered the prosecution to supply copies of witness statements to former National Hospital Insurance Fund boss Richard Kerich and four other senior managers facing Sh96.5 million fraud charges. Trial magistrate Doreen Mulekyo of the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court yesterday directed investigating officers in the case to ensure the defence have received all copies of the statements before the hearing on June 18.
